Return Policy

Returns

• We accept returns on everything, as long as you cover the shipping costs. This includes items you already opened, however we expect you to return the item with the original packaging included.
• We allow you up to 60 days since delivery to contact us for arranging a return of an undamaged product. If an item was defective upon arrival we ask you to respond as soon as possible.
• For defective items and items damaged in transit we will cover the shipping cost.
• Refund will be issued to original payment method.

Exchanges

• We offer you an option to exchange your item for other items of equal value. This includes items you already opened, however we expect you to send the item with the original packaging.
• For items you received damaged we offer you an exchange for the same product or other items of equal value. In case the item was damaged before it was received we will cover the shipping cost.
